:1. Each attendee will complete an emergency contact form to attend the National Event submitted to the National Office prior to registration.

Chapters and Associations hosting Inter-Chapter Events shall collect emergency contact information from all non-host attendees, via method selected by the host Chapter or Association, no later than the beginning of the event, or at the time the attendee arrives, whichever comes later.

:1. Attendees at Official Phi Sigma Pi Events must abide by all federal, state, and local laws at all times.

:3. Attendees of an Official Phi Sigma Pi Event must follow all host property policies and regulations.

:4. Members shall be responsible for the behavior of their guests at all times.

:1. The possession and/or use of alcoholic beverages and/or illicit use of controlled substances is strictly prohibited at all organized Phi Sigma Pi Nationally Sponsored Activities (as defined above) unless otherwise designated by National Council.

:1. All Official Phi Sigma Pi Events must comply with the National Constitution Article XXII: Prohibitions.
:2. Alcoholic beverages may be permitted at Phi Sigma Pi Nationally Sponsored Activities as designated by National Council where the majority of attendees present are alumni of Phi Sigma Pi, only if it is sold on a cash or individual basis by a third party vendor. Unruly or intoxicated behavior by anyone in attendance will not be permitted.

==Sexual Harassment/Abuse==

Questions concerning this policy should be directed to any National Staff member.
:1. Phi Sigma Pi does not tolerate or condone sexually abusive behavior or language by Members whether physical, mental, or emotional. This is to include any actions that are demeaning to any person, which would constitute sexual harassment of any type or form.
 
:2. Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other sexually offensive verbal or physical contact will not be condoned or permitted.
 
:3. Sexual harassment and abuse is illegal and any individual who sexually abuses or harasses another undergraduate Member, Alumni, or guest of the Fraternity is criminally and personally liable for his/her own actions.
 
:4. Any form of physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
 
  
==Disciplinary Procedures==

:1. Any violation of Phi Sigma Pi’s National Event Risk Management policies or the Chapter’s risk management policies must be addressed by the Chapter through disciplinary procedures. In the event that an Alumni Member is in violation of the National Event Risk Management Policy, it will be addressed by the National Council.

:2. Any violation of risk management policies must be reported to a member of National Council or National Staff as well as the respective Chapter’s President. (If the Chapter President or other chapter officers are involved in the violation, the highest-ranking chapter officer not involved should be informed.)
 
:3. Once reported, the Chapter President will inform the Chapter of the violation and the Chapter shall begin disciplinary procedures. If the Chapter President or other chapter officers are involved in the violation, the highest-ranking chapter officer not involved shall inform the Chapter of the violations.
 
:4. Violating risk management policies is considered conduct unbecoming of a Brother and a motion shall be brought before the Chapter to charge the Member(s) violating risk management policies accordingly.
 
:5. The Chapter must consider disciplinary actions for the violations and conduct unbecoming of a Brother.
 
:6. Depending on the severity of the action or in the event that no disciplinary action is taken by the respective Chapter, the National Council shall have the authority to discipline a collegiate Member or Chapter.
 
:7. National Council will consider disciplinary actions for any alumni in violation of the National Event Risk Management Policy in accordance with the Sanction Procedures section of the National Operating Policy.
 
:8. The following are minimum disciplinary actions to be enforced for risk management violations.
 
::1. First Violation – One term of probation during which the Member will complete an additional risk management educational program for his/her respective Chapter related to the violation and will be prohibited from attending any National event in the next calendar year.
 
::2. Second Violation – One year of suspension from all Phi Sigma Pi activities and events.
 
::3. Third Violation - Expulsion

Definitions
