  1. Committee Events were struggling with attendance and their was a lack of communication
  2. Plan of Action forms allowed Brothers to debate whether the event was a good idea or not

Transition

  1. Some sort of Shadow Program before Elections
  2. Help people understand position more thoroughly before elections
  3. One of the biggest reasons why people don’t run is because they don't know what role of position entails
  4. Important since this is pretty much the last eboard that will include Charters
  5. One of the roles of our positions is to find our predecessor ‡ scope out don’t know what to expect so we need a way to show off the position beforehand

Have Brothers submitting amendments

  1. Show them how to on our 2 time award winning website
  2. It’s just a little template including purpose and why you want to change
  3. A good way to get people involved and looking at OP and Bylaws
  4. Want to present each section of the OP week by week so brothers have something enough time to think it over and think of amendments
  5. Get lots of brother input
