Because bullying has finally become a major issue in the eyes of the public, PSP wanted to encourage more people, students especially, to learn more about why it's such a big problem, not only in schools but in the work place and online as well. Some people take their lives as a result of bullying. Some people kill because of it. Some suffer alone while others show their suffering. What we need to express more so than ever is that we all matter. At the event, we sold bracelets, "I make a difference" because we do. TFA students made anti-bullying posters for the event as well. The teacher said they were very proud to be involved in such a great cause. | |

At preference night, a few potential initiates talked about using wind energy instead of coal to help the environment. Later that night, a documentary was on PBS about wind energy. I watched the whole thing...very interesting stuff, and important. So, if you have something that you're dying to talk to someone else about and you don't think anyone would be interested, I'm your girl. P.S. Skype is a great invention, and I'm all for utilizing it! | |

I joined PSP fall of my sophomore year, when I was still commuting to Drexel from home. I transfered to Drexel winter term of my freshman year, and missed the period freshman's usually have to make friends. As Service chair, the big event we hosted was an Anti-Bullying Week 2010 Lecture for the Drexel Campus.
