Early Fraternity Life and Career
Phoebe decided to attend Syracuse University after fellow BE alum, Gregory Snyder, engaged her in a bet to attend if the Orange won the 2003 National Championship. Greg went on to convince Phoebe to rush Phi Sigma Pi and in Spring 2005, Phoebe joined the Beta Epsilon chapter as a member of the Alpha Alpha class. She was active for three semesters and inactive for one when she went abroad to London for the Fall 2006 semester. She graduated in May 2007.
