Phoebe Ramsey (born 11 August 1985) is an Alumni Member of the Beta Epsilon Chapter at Syracuse University. She currently resides in Arlington, VA and works for a national cancer non-profit.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Phoebe decided to attend Syracuse University after fellow BE alumnus and high school buddy, Gregory Snyder, engaged her in a bet to enroll if the Orange won the 2003 National Championship in basketball. She left sleepy old North Brookfield, Mass in August 2003 with hopes of taking on the snowy tundra only for a limited time before transferring to greener pastures out on the west coast. Instead, Greg went on to convince Phoebe that Syracuse is where she belonged and to rush Phi Sigma Pi.She did just that in Spring 2005, she joined the Beta Epsilon chapter as a member of the Alpha Alpha class. She was active for three semesters and inactive for one when she went abroad to London for the Fall 2006 semester. She graduated in May 2007.
Collegiate Years at Beta Epsilon
Phoebe was a plain ol' brother her first semester as a brother. The PSP obsession soon developed and she began to spend a ridiculous amount of time with her bros. Along with Aaron Gottlieb, Phoebe chaired the Scholarship Committee in Spring 2006. Additionally, she co-chaired the ad hoc Founder's Day 2006 Celebration Committee with Micah Steinberg, which will leave both infamous for their creation of "ass juice". In her final active semester, she worked with Natalie Perez to chair the Fellowship Committee.
Alumni Years to Present
Since moving to DC in Fall 2007, Phoebe lived with Fellow Beta Eps (and Alpha Alphas!) Aaron Gottlieb, Pamela Sheppard, and Kate Abramson. She has now stepped out on her own and is living in the Arlington area with her faboo boyfriend. She attended the Alpha Beta volleyball tournament in April 2008 to visit with some of her favorite BE bros.

Bigs and Littles
Phoebe Ramsey's Big Brother is Stephen Sostaric, Alumnus. She's happily the first lady to break into the Testosterone Line of the Belitz Family.
She has 3 Little Brothers: Joselyn Tejeda, Alumna; and twins Anson Highland and Peggy McWeeney, both Active. She has one Grand-Little, Jaslene Baez, Active. It has been noted that Phoebe acts like a soccer mom when any of her littles are mentioned.
Other Interesting Facts
Phoebe plays flag football, takes advantage of the numerous bike paths with her fabulous boyfriend, and occasionally drinks like she's still in college in her spare time.
She also is always up for going to the National Zoo to hang out with her buddy, Luke the Lion.
