  • Additional Pertinent Information (if none state "none"):
    • The proposed new Form 500 will be shared with National Council in advance.
    • Current processes and technological advances have made Forms 500-520 cumbersome in their current state and partially redundant. Reinventing them as a single form is more efficient and increases their usability.
    • Form 500 (in its current state) asks for contact and other information on each member of an alumni chapter, and Form 520 asks for a list of members and their roll numbers (no current alumni chapters use roll numbers).
    • Form 510 asks for a list of officers and their contact information, plus information on when they were elected and their terms.
    • Sharing the Forms 500-520 allows for two-way information transfer, as opposed to simply one way (alumni chapter to National Office). The National Office receives donations and therefore has a better idea of who among an alumni chapter's roster is an NAA member. The proposed format allows for easy sharing of that information.
