- The proposed new Form 500 Google Doc will be shared with National Council in advance.
- Current processes and technological advances have made Forms 500-520 cumbersome in their current state and partially redundant. Reinventing them as a single Google Doc is more efficient and increases their usability.
- Form 500 (in its current state) asks for contact and other information on each member of an alumni chapter, and Form 520 asks for a list of members and their roll numbers (no current alumni chapters use roll numbers).
- Form 510 asks for a list of officers and their contact information, plus information on when they were elected and their terms.
- Sharing the Forms 500-520 as a Google Doc allows for two-way information transfer, as opposed to simply one way (alumni chapter to National Office).
