Quang Nguyen (born March 22 1987) is an Active Member of Beta Epsilon Chapter (BE 528) at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.

Early Life and Fraternity

Quang was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, the biggest city in Vietnam. He attended the British International School and later went to Fryeburg Academy, a preparatory boarding school in Fryeburg, Maine in the Fall 2004. His U.S. education continued when he went to Syracuse University in the Fall 2006. While at Syracuse, he lived in the MLLC his freshman year where he met his floor-mate Jeniffer Manon and her pledged brother Frances Escano who were both inducted in the Spring 2007. Quang got to know more about Phi Sigma Pi and he became a Brother in the Fall 2007 as part of the Alpha Zeta class. He belongs to the Big T Family.

Quang served on the Historical Committee his first active semester in the Spring 2008.

Other Interesting Facts

Before studying abroad in America, Quang spent a year in rural town Christchurch, New Zealand his 8th grade and he realized that it was too early to leave his family. He also went to French speaking school in Vietnam since his 1st grade and after 13+ years he sadly realized that French would not work out. When entering Syracuse University he was majoring in Hospitality Management as well as many other majors and he quickly realized that it was not right. In conclusion, Quang's life is a series of learning from his past mistakes.
