Richard Fernandez (born 15 December 1987) is an Active Member of Beta Alpha Chapter (Chapter roll #) at University of Michigan.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

After years of high school musicals, Richard sought a group of people at the University of Michigan who would foster a similar close-nit friendship for him. He rushed Phi Sigma Pi on the recommendation of two friends in passing just minutes before the mass meeting.

Collegiate Years at Beta Alpha Chapter

Richard served as Rush Advisor in 2008. Beta Alpha Brother Sheshe He and he served as delegates to National Convention and Grand chapter in 2008 in Nashville Tennessee.

Alumni Years to Present

As of May 1, 2010 will be a graduated alumni.

Other Interesting Facts

Richard started dancing in high school, doing musicals and attending D&D Dance Studio in Toledo Ohio. When he got to University of Michigan, he joined Cornrows Dance Co. and eventually began working with the U of M Dance Dept. He has performed in many senior BFA concerts and in 2010 was featured in a faculty-choreographed dance, La Luna Neuva, choreographed by Sandra Torijano. Currently he is debating pursuing dance any further while applying to physical therapy graduate programs.
