term dates

1939-1946 potentially covers two terms. This would answer why the 12, 13, and 14 ECs don't chronologically line up. We need some data to verify. (Jonah 10:07, 10 February 2009 (PST))

This seven year term is in fact correct. Due to WWII no elections happened between 1939 and 1946. (Jonah 11:25, 10 February 2009 (PST))
