The information in the Political Graveyard article remain unconfirmed to be referring to the same Cloy Whitney. However the birth date in 1910 and confirmed attendance at the state teacher's college in Kirksville in 1930 would be consistent. Additionally the article listed Kirksville, MO as his place of residence, which is consistent with the college's location.
