- Per early Alpha Chapter minutes, Rolla Wood is listed as the fourth recipient of a DSK and also the fourth from Alpha. With C.H. McClure receiving a DSK first, presumably Eldo Hendricks and Claude Phillips were the second and third recipients.
- Link was posted on old website on history interactive. Needs to be confirmed.
- 1934 listed recipients on the current DSK page may be CSK recipients instead based on phrasing in the 1934 Lampadion.
- Simon S. Shearer is also listed as receiving a DSK in 1939 per the Lampadion
