Special Characters

I'm not sure that this is the best approach to incorporate Greek letters... different browsers will render the font differently, and they don't always look Greek. A better approach might be to show the ASCII designations and suggest using ALT + XXX and/or Character Map in windows (don't know how it works with Macs, but suspect there's a similar method).
