Page purpose?

I think as a general rule, we need to keep in mind this is a national wiki and make sure when pages are created, the page titles and descriptions are as descriptive as possible. If we get more details, I can move this page to a more descriptive title. (Pmgingrich 11:56, 21 February 2008 (EST))
