Is there anywhere the full history of this award is recorded? I'm not sure when the award began, I'm assuming it had to have been sometime in the early to mid-90s unless it was awarded earlier in our history and then discontinued when the number of chapters declined. I know it has been awarded since at least 1996, as that was the first year Alpha Rho won. Obviously any Torchia winners would have been Top 10, so I filled those in for 1996-2004. We can probably fill in a few more through careful investigation of chapter pages on here, but that won't get us to the full lists and will be tedious. Is there a full list available anywhere?
