Taylor Gates (born DD MMM YYYY) is a Collegiate Member of Tau Chapter (T 1714) at East Carolina University. Taylor was inducted as part of the Beta Omega Initiate Class.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Taylor decided to attend ECU to pursue a degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology to eventually obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After receiving an email from the Tau Chapter, Taylor decided to attend Smoker in the Fall of 2009. She decided to wait to pledge until the following semester with the Beta Omega Pledge Class. Taylor was inducted into Tau Chapter in the Spring of 2010. She served as the Service Chair in the Spring of 2011, and as the Parliamentarian, Inter-Chapter Relations Chair, and Regional Delegate for the 2011-2012 academic year. Taylor's Big was Katherine Meyer, and she has three littles who are currently active within the Brotherhood: Ashely Murchison (Gamma Beta), Katie Strickland (Gamma Beta), and Marie Lazar (Gamma Gamma). Joining the family of Tau Chapter- Phi Sigma Pi was one of the best decisions she ever made in her life and hopes to stay active after receiving alumni status in the Fall of 2012.
