The Scholar's Province

The Scholar's Province is Phi Sigma Pi's Initiate Handbook. The first edition was published in 1941 under the direction of Clair B. Wilson. It was referred to as the "The Handbook of Phi Sigma Pi." In 1990, it was revised and the name changed to The Scholar's Province. The 12th and most recent edition was published in 2006.
