When Zoe finally broke the news to her parents that she wanted to transfer, she had just started her sophomore year in college. During the Thanksgiving break, she and her father hopped on a plane to explore some Universities in the Dallas area. After touring multiple campuses, nothing resonated with her. She would speak to different advisers and directors, but none of them understood what exactly she was looking for. After conversing with a confused advisor at a Dallas university, she suggested that Zoe should check out the [http://www.unt.edu University of North Texas], as they are a well known liberal arts college, and could possibly have a major that pertained to her area of interest. So the two of them jumped into their rental car and speedily drove...right into Texas traffic. One agonizing hour later, they finally arrived at their destination.

With impeccable timing that could only be described as pure luck, they were able to fasten themselves to a tour of the campus that was just about to start. Little did she know, that by joining that particular tour at that specific moment, that her life was going to be dramatically altered...''forever''. Haha! The writer of this article is just buttering your bread, but there were several odd, circumstantial and fortuitous events that happened on that tour that have yet to be explained by rational and logical reasoning (you had to be there). But anyway, these vague occurrences that this writer is alluding to did influence Zoe to transfer to UNT (not to mention they had a nationally recognized media/broadcasting program) in the Fall of 2009.

Later, Zoe was comparing the rush week events to her current agenda, and found that the majority of the events clashed with previously scheduled obligations. Irritated, she logged on the Internet to e-mail the Advisor her issue, but as if it's an unwritten law of the Net--she checked her Facebook page before being able to conduct productive activity on the Net. It was then she realized that this was the organization that her sister had joined! Energized, she messaged Lauren asking if she could come with her to the event she just joined, and Lauren cheerfully agreed to the company. After a welcoming series of rush events, Zoe was enthralled to receive a bid and become a member of the Upsilon Initiate Class of Delta Kappa Chapter on February 14, 2010 before being inducted into the Fraternity as a Brother on April 25, 2010.

Zoe Spangler (born 21 May, 1989) is an active Collegiate Member of Delta Kappa Chapter (#220) at University of North Texas.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Zoe originally attended Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio for her first two of years college, but it became apparent during her freshman year that to achieve her dream of working within the animation industry, that she would have to move to an area with a larger media market. After some research, she decided to transfer to a college in Texas, as it would be a more inexpensive option (rather than California or New York) with the same amount of opportunity. The story of how she ended up at UNT is an involved and enthralling tale, but luckily for you, this web page is like a Bag of Holding, so there is infinite space to write the whooole thing.

How Zoe Spangler arrived at University of North Texas

When Zoe finally broke the news to her parents that she wanted to transfer, she had just started her sophomore year in college. During the Thanksgiving break, she and her father hopped on a plane to explore some Universities in the Dallas area. After touring multiple campuses, nothing resonated with her. She would speak to different advisers and directors, but none of them understood what exactly she was looking for. After conversing with a confused advisor at a Dallas university, she suggested that Zoe should check out the University of North Texas, as they are a well known liberal arts college, and could possibly have a major that pertained to her area of interest. So the two of them jumped into their rental car and speedily drove...right into Texas traffic. One agonizing hour later, they finally arrived at their destination.

With impeccable timing that could only be described as pure luck, they were able to fasten themselves to a tour of the campus that was just about to start. Little did she know, that by joining that particular tour at that specific moment, that her life was going to be dramatically altered...forever. Haha!
