Emily Dugan (born 15 April 1987) is an active Brother of the Alpha Sigma Chapter (AΣ 227) at Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Chapter.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Emily enrolled at VCU in the Fall of 2005 after graduating from Grafton High School in Yorktown, Virginia. Entering sophomore year, Emily was looking for an organization to meet new people that served a purpose. After passing by the Phi Sigma Pi table set up in the Student Commons, Emily spoke to Shannon Sullivan, who introduced Emily to everything that Phi Sigma Pi stood for nationally, as well as what the Alpha Sigma Chapter did in its role. After hearing a thorough summary of all of the great things Phi Sigma Pi stood for, Emily rushed in Spring 2007. After completing the Initiation period with several other amazing people that comprised the Sigma class, Emily was inducted April 22, 2007.
