1959 National Convention

The 1959 National Convention took place on April 10-11, 1959 at the Dodge Hotel in Washington, D.C. The theme for the Convention was "Planning for a Stronger Future". Dr. Robert G. Williamson, Professor of the D.C. Teachers College, was the guest speaker.
