The 1971 National Convention took place September 24-25, 1971, at the Manger Annapolis Hotel in Washington, D.C. The convention theme was "Dimensions of Change". Mr. David Schiele, Political Analyst for Southeast Asia for the U.S. Department of State, was the guest speaker. He spoke on Vietnam and Asian Security.
