Itenerary

  • Friday:

2:00 P.M. - Woodford Reserve Distillery Tour Brothers will meet to tour a nearby distillery. See how real Kentucky bourbon is made; you may even get a taste.

5:00 P.M. - Jacobson Park Game Night and Picnic Potluck Dinner Join us at Lexington's largest family park where we will be hosting a Kentucky style dinner catered by local brothers and an optional charity event in which all proceeds benefit Teach for America. The event will be $5 per person and there will be teams of two. Games may include potato sack racing, egg-toss, and spew. First place prize will be given to whichever team wins the most events.

7:30 P.M. – Halloween at Raven Run You may choose to bring a costume for a spooky spectacular in a 734-acre nature sanctuary dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of the Kentucky River Palisades and early Kentucky history. There are over 10 miles of hiking trails that provide access to streams, meadows and woodlands characteristic of the area. Make sure to keep your costumes on for other social activities that may occur later in the evening!

  • Saturday:

8:30 A.M. - UK Campus Tour The early risers have the opportunity to see the beauty and learn the history of the University of Kentucky's campus on a walking tour given by a University Guide.

11:00 A.M. – Tailgating at Keeneland Racetrack Join us for food, drinks, and fun outside the track! There will be a tent, grill, and corn-hole for those that want to socialize.

1:15 P.M. - Races begin Bet on the ponies and see if Luck is your Lady. Scenes from movies Seabiscuit and Dreamer were filmed on this beautiful Keeneland racetrack. Dress is business casual. Admission is included.

7:00 P.M. - Thomas E. Daniels Poker Tournament The annual Texas Hold-Em Tournament with a $5 buy-in. Prizes will be awarded to the first three places. There will be drinks and snacks for all and plenty of getting to know each other for the non-poker players! Expect music, dancing, and a fun time!

  • Sunday:

10:00 A.M. - Jimmy Jam's Farewell Breakfast Join us for a country-style breakfast at Brother Jimmy's Town House of Relaxation and Mastication, located smack dab in the heart of one of Lexington's largest and finest shopping areas!
