Early Fraternity Life and Career

Abram Foster served as National President and presided over the Grand Chapter Convention at Washington, D.C. on October 1, 1966 where the concept of the fraternity being based on scholarship, leadership and fellowship was developed in order to help grow the organization and spread the purpose of Phi Sigma Pi.
