Alex's big is Tiffany Wood. Tiffany is amazing, and took another little at the same time she took Alex, resulting in twins. Lex's twin is Kaitlin Kehrer who she absolutely loves and adores. Alex has one other sibling, Andrew Kmetz, who loves trucks. Alex hopes to take a little sometime soon in the future at the same time as her twin.
