The Allegheny Regional Conference for Trading Ideas and Connections (ARCTIC) is the regional conference for the Allegheny Region.

National Recognition
The 2009 ARCTIC, hosted by Upsilon at Edinboro University, won the award for Best Regional Event at National Convention 2009.

- Collection of DVDs/CDs for Hamot Medical Center (95 DVDs and 41 CDs were donated)
