The Allegheny Regional Conference for Trading Ideas and Connections (ARCTIC) was the regional conference for the former Allegheny Region, which is know mostly part of the Western Pennsylvania Region.

History

National Recognition

The 2009 ARCTIC, hosted by Upsilon at Edinboro University, won the Outstanding Regional Event Award at National Convention 2009.
