Eboard Minutes from January 28, 2008
- our regional consultant, Brian, is coming March 17-20, and he needs to meet with all of eboard
- Becca is going inactive for the semester - we will elect a new academic chair next week
- formal committee will be elected tonight
- participation suggestions - probation first semester then up for expulsion by petitions committee

Meeting is called to order at 8:18 by President Lauren Snella.

- Vincent Mcguire is here - our faculty advisor, stay after meeting if you have suggestions for rush recruitment
- Becca is resigning from academic chair and going inactive for the semester due to medical reasons
- we will elect a new academic chair next week
- our regional consultant is coming March 17-20
- risk management review
- Vice President
- committees and office hours on the BOW
- formal committee of 5 members will be elected tonight
- Secretary
- GPA reports due next week along with dues
- Treasurer
- dues of $80 due next week
- we are enforcing the $5 fine for not attending events signed up for
- ECA
- WICKED is soon - talk to RayAnne if you're interested
- RayAnne needs to know who is active and inactive thiis semester
- she also needs to know who is graduating
- Rush
- give Kim T your tshirt money if you bought one
- rush flyers are printed
- get approval for flyers in buildings before you hang them up
- rush events are on the flyers
- Initiation
- pinning is 2/25 in UMC 382-386
- induction is in humn 150 on 4/7
- Carrie needs the rollbook numbers from Nu class

- rush events are Chipotle and bowling

- there are still 2 more hoodies to be picked up

- problems with BOW - may be moving the website to the national wiki

- TFA event Wednesday at 7 in Humn 250 - food available
- trip to Denver for TFA - talk to Lauren if you're interested
- stay after the meeting to talk to Vincent
- movie tickets left in the office will be resold
- if you don't turn in your dues your name will be announced next week at meeting
- Nicci needs budgets tonight
- Wed Mr Brooks is playing in MCDB 270
- climate change lectures will be on campus
- Thursday planet earth is playing in the planetarium

- 2/14-15 panel on treatment of prisoners
- 2/16 from 7 to 12 there is vietnamese dancing at the glen miler ballroom
- if you would like to participate in presenting your honors thesis talk to Judd
- vote on Feb 5 for prelims
- formal committee is Julien, Luke, Ashley Herz, Judd, and Morgan
