Ellie Laughinghouse (born 14 Sept 1991) is a Collegiate Member of Tau Chapter (T 1726) at East Carolina University. Ellie was inducted as part of the Gamma Alpha Initiate Class.

Ellie originally attended ECU with the intention of majoring in business. After working as a receptionist and clinical assistant at Carolina Women's Physicians, PA, she decided to pursue a degree in nursing. After being accepted the College of Nursing, she decided to change majors, yet again; this time pursuing a degree in Rehabilitation Services. Currently, Ellie is an Assistant Manager at Beat The Bookstore in Greenville, NC.
