Epsilon Rho Chapter (Founded 5 November 2008) is located at Nothern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky. The Chapter was founded by Christopher McCoy, an alumni member from Gamma Beta alongside 35 founding brothers and is a member of the Mid South Region.

Founding
The Epsilon Rho began as a colony on September 10, 2008. Informational sessions were held on campus by Expansion staff member Kate Rogers and alumni adviser Christopher McCoy. A week later, an organizational meeting was held and the colony began. The colony officially became a chapter on November 5, 2008 with the induction of 35 brothers.

OctoBROfest Weekend
Epsilon Rho Chapter will have its first ICR event September 2009. OctoBROfest is a weekend long event centered around the Oktoberfest celebration in downtown Cincinnati.
