Jackie Porreca (born 09 March 1984) is an Alumni Member of Alpha Lambda Chapter (ΑΛ 350) at Temple University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Jackie attended Phi Sigma Rush events her first semester of college, but was informed that even though she had AP transfer credits, she was ineligible because she did not have a college GPA. She tried again during the spring semester and became an initiate of the Alpha Gamma Class.
Collegiate Years at Sample Chapter
During her first semester as an active brother, Jackie learned about the Regional Committee Program and enthusiastically accepted the position as Alpha Lambda’s Representative. She held this position for two years and helped plan the East Region’s Conference—SSIP (Scholarship and Service in Philadelphia).
Jackie also held the positions of Secretary and the Co-Chair of the Alumni and Bylaws Committees.
Alumni Years to Present
Since graduating from Temple in May 2003, Jackie has tried to remain involved by attending Fraternity events such as: ΑΛ’s chapter meetings, ΑΛ and ΓΞ’s soccer tournament, as well as Formals.
National Involvement
- Jackie’s first National Event was National Convention in 2003 which was held in Charlotte, NC. She had so much fun meeting brothers from across the country, she has continued going to the Grand Chapters and Conventions.
- In 2005, she served as Alpha Lambda’s Grand Chapter Delegate.
- Jackie also enjoys going to other chapters’ events such as AH’s Hope Bowl, AΠ’s Brother Bowl and many chapters’ Formals.
- She has recently joined the National Chapter Development Committee.

Jackie’s Big Brother is Ashlee Janiszewski, who is now an alumna.

Other Interesting Facts
One of the reasons she rushed Phi Sigma Pi was because the chapter mascot was the same as her elementary school mascot.
