She was a member of Upward Bound which helped her apply to and prepare for college life. This program was hosted on Truman's campus and she feel in love with its campus thus making her decision to go there easy. She started out as a chemistry major but after one 3 hour lab she knew it wasn't for her. She then switched to Psychology which she has stayed with since. Fall of her sophomore year she was accepted into the McNair program which is helping her prepare for graduate school and research. Early Fraternity Life and Career
Kayla graduated from Moberly Senior High School in 2006. She decided to attend Truman State University during her junior year of high school. She was a member of Upward Bound which helped her apply to and prepare for college life. This program was hosted on Truman's campus and she feel in love with its campus thus making her decision to go there easy. She started out as a chemistry major but after one 3 hour lab she knew it wasn't for her. She then switched to Psychology which she has stayed with since. Fall of her sophomore year she was accepted into the McNair program which is helping her prepare for graduate school and research.
