Kevin Barragan (born 9 November 1989) is an Active Member of Gamma Eta Chapter at Florida State University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Kevin came to the United States at the young age of 18, looking for opportunity in the Land of the Free. He was kidnapped and raised by a band of gypsies while on vacation with his Jewish nanny in Bulgaria. He traveled across Europe and learned the swift art of tamberine/goat dancing. This experience led him to become fluent in more then 32 languages and being able to leap large distances (including rooftops), swim across large bodies of water, and juggle babies. Once his gypsy clan realized Kevin's skills surpassed theirs, they stole some wallets and sold some babies to buy him a one-way ticket to America. He came across the pond and landed on the beautiful campus of FSU. He joined Phi Sigma Pi at the beginning of his freshman year because of the close brotherhood that was there reminded him of his gypsy family he left to never see again.
