Lauren Burke (born 5 October) is an Active Member of Epsilon Delta Chapter (ΕΔ 246) at University of South Florida. She is part of the Nymphos family, and was inducted in April of 2010. As far as leadership roles, she also served as the Awards and Scholarship (A&S) Chair for the Xi Initiate Class.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Lauren has only been a brother for one semester, but feels that Phi Sigma Pi can make a huge impact on your life if you let it. As an active brother, she loves to attend fraternity events, and works with the Public Relations team to promote Phi Sigma Pi on campus. Wear your letters!

Jess' Breathe team: Jessica Newport, Lauren's grandbig, has CF, but was given a new chance, and received new lungs on 04.18.2010! She served as part of the inspiration for the Epsilon Delta Chapter, who accepted the 2010 Purple and Gold Award for the "Chapter Most able to Overcome Adversity." <3 Got Lungs, Got Peace! :) So proud to carry on in such a strong family line.

Ashley: Lauren's big serves as the Recording Secretary (2009 - present) for the chapter and was inducted in Spring 2009. She is also on E-board and is a rad person. Ashley loves pens (the nice ones) and 4 am beach trips with her little <3 She is a devoted big - who could ask for anything more? She's always there to encourage and laugh with! Biggie & Lil <3

Other Interesting Facts

• Will listen to any kind of music aside from ska, screamo or trance,
• Never misses an episode of The Big Bang Theory, Grey's Anatomy or Private Practice,
• Has a weakness for true southern country boys,
• Grew up on a farm in the middle of nowhere (yes, I can milk a cow),
• Changed college majors 4 times - still not a fan of the current one,
• Craves beef jerky, RaceTrak or 7-11 slurpees and chocolate in mass amounts when stressed,
• Will put her family above every one else,
• Went to a performing arts high school - kind of like a conservatory,
