Loren initiated in Spring 2012 as a member of the Alpha Xi (AΞ) Class of the [[Beta Eta Chapter]]. She served as the class' Secretary and Service Chair. Alpha Xi was nationally recognized for raising nearly $1000 for a local child with Rett's Syndrome who had been hospitalized due to her condition. Loren was awarded the Initiate Tripod Award, which recognizes an initiate who embraces scholarship, leadership and fellowship.

In May 2014, Loren graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors and Distinction from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. She was hired to teach seventh grade Language Arts in Central Pennsylvania.
