Having learned the hotel trade from the best in the country, and having a passion for real estate, Manny earned his MBA from the University of Cincinnati and in Fall 2005, joined the family business of Steiner + Associates working in various leadership roles including head of restaurant development, asset management, and retail leasing. After 7 years, he decided it was time to leave the family business and moved to Fort Worth, TX where he worked for Trademark Property Company for 2 years before finally moving to New England Development in August 2013 in Boston. Manny is recognized as one of the leaders in the field of shopping centers and retail, appearing on numerous national panels, leading and serving several real estate organizations, and is often quoted in trade publications. Manny graduated High School from Ransom Everglades in Coconut Grove, FL in May 1996. He attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelors of Arts in Business with a specialization in Chinese Language and Literature.
