In Spring 2007, Michael was elected Service Chair of Alpha Theta.  He was, in the summer of 2007, elected as an alternate to National Convention.  He, along with Alpha Theta's delegate [[Elizabeth McGonigle]], attended National Convention in August 2007 in New Orleans.  In Fall 2007, upon the resignation of the current president, [[Paulina Grabczak]], Michael was elected the new president of Alpha Theta chapter.  He became the third president of Alpha Theta Chapter since its recolonization.

Michael L. Covin Jr. (born 21 December 1986) is an Active Member of Alpha Theta Chapter at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
