Early Life
Phillip Marrae Vaughan was born to William Irving and Nancy Pearson Vaughan on February 26th, 1987, in Richmond, Virginia. He grw up and currently resides in Richmond, Virginia, enjoying the comforts of living close to his family. He attend the J.E.B. Stuart Elementary School in the Northside of Richmond. Once he completed his education there, he attended Binford Model Middle School, located in Richmond's Fan District. After he completed his education there, he attended,Maggie L. College Life before Phi Sigma Pi
