Rachel Ann Ousley (born 11 July 1988) is an Active Member of Beta Epsilon Chapter (ΒΕ 498) at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Rachel came to Syracuse University in the fall of 2006. she graduated from Freedom High School in Bethlehem, Pa and got ready for winter wonderland since Newhouse was the only option for her as a broadcast journalism student. She had a rough first semester and decided to rush Phi Sigma Pi in the spring to meet people and make friends. She is a member of the mighty Alpha Epsilon pledge class. Her Big is Emily Jobson and her Twinie is Sam Wiese. Her first active semester she was on the Historian committee, next the Initiation committee. This year she was elected Historian.
