Early Fraternity Life and Career
Rebecca decided to attend Montclair State University because it was close to home and a great school for teacher preparation. During her junior year after trying to find ways to get involved on campus Rebecca found Phi Sigma Pi. After getting to know the organization and the Brothers, Rebecca decided this was the right choice for her and was inducted in the spring of 2007.
Collegiate Years at Alpha Iota Chapter
Rebecca was the Fund-raising Chair for the 2007- 2008 school year. Taking on the role with very little experience Rebecca went above and beyond bringing in more than her personal goal of $2,000 for the fall semester. Rebecca was also the Parliamentarian and Risk Management Chair in the Fall 2008 semester.
Alumni Years to Present
Rebecca Graduated with a BA in Family and Child Studies and with a K-5 Teaching Certificate in the Spring of 2009. She is working towards her Certification to teach Math and Science at the Middle School level.
