Dr. Richard Cecil Todd (born DD MMM YYYY) is an Active Member/Alumni Member of Sample Chapter (Chapter roll #) at Sample University.

Dr. Todd served as Tau Chapter Faculty Advisor for many years. Dr. Todd also was an outstanding history professor and advisor to many other undergraduate organizations at Eastern Carolina University.
