Robert Motgomery (born 11 February 1983) is an Alumnus of Alpha Rho Chapter (ΑΡ 556) at Virginia Tech. He is currently a member of the Alpha Rho Alumni Advisory Board and the Alpha Rho Chapter Endowment Fund Board of Trustees.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Rob enrolled at Virginia Tech after graduating from high school, beginning in Fall 2001. As a freshman, he rushed Phi Sigma Pi in Spring 2002. After a successful Initiation period as Initiate Class President, Rob was inducted into the Chapter with the Phi Initiate Class in April of that year.
Collegiate Years at Alpha Rho Chapter
From the moment he was inducted as a Brother, Rob was very active within the chapter. He attended a very high percentage of Chapter evemts and filled a variety of leadership positions including Interchapter Relations Chair, Leadership Chair, and Vice President Internal. In addition, he served as Chair for Leadership Connection, a leadership conference he helped establish for Virginia Tech student organizations. In March 2005 at the Chapter's annual Alumni Weekend, Rob was awarded the Alpha Rho Tripod Scholarship in recognition of his commitment to upholding each leg of the tripod. At the following year's Alumni Banquet, he was honored with the Most Exemplary Leadership and Most Valuable Brother awards.
Alumni Years to Present
After graduating from Virginia Tech in May 2006, Rob moved to Harrisonburg, Virginia and began working with Wal-mart as a Logistics Engineer. He has remained active with Alpha Rho as a frequent visitor to Blacksburg for Virginia Tech football games and Chapter events. In March 2007 he was elected to a one year term on the Alpha Rho Alumni Advisory Board.
