Confirmation Issues

All of the information on the post are found through searches for Homer Knight. While the time frames of a Homer Knight being Dean of Westminster in the late 1940's could make sense given documents showing he was at Kirksville in the early 1930's, there is no clear connection confirming these are the same individual. Further, Westminister's location in Missouri coincides with the location of Kirksville, being one of Missouri's state teacher's colleges.

Additionally while historical documents including photographs of a Homer Knight, being Dean of Westminster and meeting President Truman and the inscription in the Churchill revolver, show an individual named Knight being at the college, a search of the universities website returns no information.
