Therese 'Tess' DeClue (born 2 March 1989) is an Active Member of Alpha Sigma Chapter at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Early College Life and Career
Tess started attending Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, as an undeclared major in the fall semester of 2007 after graduating from Warren County High school in Front Royal, Virginia. She worked for Undergraduate Admissions and the Welcome Center during her freshman year. In the spring semester, she declared Pre-Nursing as her major. In April, she recieved a Dean's Scholar Award. In September 2008, she was accepted into the Honors College. She is also a Virginia-licensed Nurse Aide.
Tess attended Tripod Week in her third semester at VCU (Fall 2008). She was pinned on September 14, 2008, and began the initation process in the Phi Class. She was the Service Committee Chair for Phi Class. All of the initiate committees organized a combined event-- a halloween party. She was inducted on November 16, 2008, and served as Service Committee Chair as a Brother for the spring semester of 2009.
In August 2009 she took a break from school and lived in Edmond, Oklahoma for 5 months. She obtained Alumni status for the Alpha Sigma Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi. In January 2010 she returned to Virginia. In June 2010 she returned to Virginia Commonwealth University with a new major- Foresnic Science and Chemisty. She returned to the Alpha Sigma chapter as an active Brother in the Spring semester of 2011. She now serves as Parliamentarian for the 2011-2012 academic year.
