Vic Eppler (born 2 November 1999) is a member of Zeta Gamma Chapter at Cleveland State University.

Academics and Research

Vic Eppler majored in Political Science and Women's Studies. In 2018, they received a certificate in Digital Art and in 2020, a certificate in American Studies. Vic's research interests include American Campaign Politics, Gender in Politics, Masculinity, Gender Theory, Midwifery, and Patriarchy. They authored a digital history exhibit examining the homebirth movement in Hungary.

Vic's Women's & Gender Studies thesis studies the role of masculinity in the 2016 United States presidential election.

They are a valedictorian candidate for the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Vic attended Cleveland State University from 2018 to 2021. Vic's cousin and Member of Zeta Gamma, Jamie Brod encouraged them to join in 2019. Vic was inducted that spring in the Rho Class and was shortly elected Historian and Public Relations Chair.

As a Brother of Zeta Gamma, Vic worked with Camilya Williams, Shaya Reyes, and Savannah L. Potter to create Zeta Gamma's Diversity and Inclusivity Officer and Committee. They sought to create a safe space within the Chapter for all minorities

They pushed to create transparency between the Executive Board and Chapter and utilized their education in political science in amending the Chapter's bylaws.

Phi Sigma Pi Family

Vic's Big Brother is Savannah Potter, who is the seventh President of the Zeta Gamma Chapter. They have three Little Brothers:Mac Brown, LaNiqua Jones, andBen Noren.

Work on Campus

Vic served on the Executive Boards of the Queer Student Alliance and Society of Intersectional Feminists at Cleveland State University, advocating for minority students and creating a safe space on campus.

In 2019, they worked with Sally Gabra to hold university administration accountable for failing to take action against a student accused of rape.
