Victoria Raab (born 25 May 1988) is an Alumni of Alpha Theta Chapter (ΑΘ 310) of Rutgers University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Victoria decided to attend Rutgers University in the Fall of 2006. In the Spring of 2007, Victoria met and befriended Michelle Derer and Alice Lee, then two initiates of Phi Sigma Pi. After hearing and experiencing first hand how Phi Sigma Pi was run and what it stood for, Victoria realized that she wanted to rush the following semester. In Fall of 2007, Victoria completed the rush and initiation processes and was inducted as a member of the Phi Class into the Alpha Theta Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi. Immediately following her induction, Victoria was placed on the Social Committee where she began to understand how committees were run and what leadership in the Fraternity meant to her. This would mark the beginning of her desire for leadership in the Alpha Theta chapter.

Collegiate Years at Alpha Theta Chapter

In Spring 2008, Victoria ran for Historian and was elected to this Executive Board position. Serving as Historian for the 2008-2009 school year, she contributed to and implemented many changes in the Fraternity and in the Historian position in general. As a large activist for Inter-Chapter Relations, she got much of Alpha Theta involved in traveling to other chapters for their Inter-Chapter events. One of her biggest achievements in attendance to such events was turning what was once five or six people into over twenty people for Alpha Beta Volleyball in Spring of 2009. During the following school year's elections, she ran for Vice President and was elected to the position. During the 2009-2010 school year, she continued to help make changes and oversee the running of the Chapter and the committees. In accordance with her interest in Inter-Chapter Relations, she sparked the first interest in holding Alpha Theta's own Inter-Chapter event. In the Spring of 2010, the Alpha Theta Chapter will hold its first ever Inter-Chapter event "Capture the Flag."
