Early Fraternity Life and Career
LeRoy G. Pulver was born February 16, 1893 in Boone, Iowa. After graduating from public school, he attended night school and worked for the railroad for six years. In 1916 his dream came true and he entered Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, on a scholarship. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell, a Bachelor of Divinity from Garrett Seminary and a Master of Arts from Northwestern University. He was ordained a minister in the Methodist Church.
