Clair B. Wilson (born DD MMM YYYY) is an Alumni Member of Kappa Chapter (Κ 10) at California University of Pennsylvania.
Early Fraternity Life and Career
Clair B. (Byers) Wilson recognized the need to encourage the learning of our fraternity's history, traditions, and organizational structure in a standard format. He transformed his ideas into the Handbook of Phi Sigma Pi.
Following his undergraduate education, worked on the Faculty at Clarion State Normal School (now known as Clarion University of Pennsylvania) in Clarion, Pennsylvania. He completed his Master's degree at Ohio State University in 1926. His Master's Thesis was titled, 'A comparison of seven standardized reading tests and a study of their uses'.
