- April 17 - Alpha Theta Chapter is reactivated at Rutgers University
- April 25 - Epsilon Eta Chapter is founded at Eastern Kentucky University

- May 15 - Alpha Rho Chapter is stunned as alumna Emily Specchio suffers a brain aneurysm and passes away just two days after her graduation

- June 2 - Epsilon Iota Chapter is founded at Ohio University
- June 9-11 - Alumni Convention is held in San Juan, Puerto Rico

- July 27-30 - Grand Chapter Conference is held in Kansas City, Missouri. The 44th Empowered Council is elected and installed.
