Becky transferred to The Ohio State University after briefly attending the University of Cincinnati for her freshman year of college.  A commuter student, Becky was desperate to find her niche on campus and lucky enough to stumble on a rush event for Phi Sigma Pi. At her first rush event she met Brothers Mike Johnson and Nick Emerson.  Excited by Mike’s love for the fraternity and Nick’s cute face, she decided the Beta Iota chapter was the right place for her to be.

Becky joined the Beta Iota Chapter as a sophomore and spent three years as an actively involved member, holding several leadership positions and attended many inter-chapter event including regional conferences, Tau Founders' Day and Mardi Gras. During her time as Service Chair, Becky led the chapter in hosting a 100 person Texas Hold 'Em poker tournament that raised over $1,000 for Red Cross disaster relief following Hurricane Katrina.
  
Since graduating, Becky has entered the field of non-profit fundraising, primarily for University Development.  She was the Manager of the Phonathon and Legacy Fund for Xavier University from July 2006 to August 2008 and she is currently the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Strategic Direct Marketing at The Ohio State University.
