Frank Curley (born 11 December 1987) is an Active Member of the Alpha Theta Chapter at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Frank was told about Phi Sigma Pi through his brothers, James and Michael Curley, who were in Chapters in Montclair and Penn State respectfully. This is a rarely mentioned fact, because he was determined to earn his way to into the Chapter and not by any notion of a legacy. While he was, at first, always reserved and quiet, he grew to a dedicated member of the Alpha Theta Chapter. He was inducted Spring of 2007 in the Upsilon Class.
Collegiate Years at Alpha Theta Chapter
Over the semesters, Frank had served in Fund Raising, Social, and, currently, Public Relations Committees. In Fall of 2008, he served as the Committee Chair of the Inter-Chapter Relations Committee, and organized two Social events with the Alpha Iota Chapter in Montclair.

Fraternity Family
Frank is part of the Mallari Family and is Brian Mallari's Little. He is also Ian Maier's Twin, and Hillary Nicoll's Big. Other members of the family include Kristine Cybulski, Jasmine Story, Travis Nunziato and Becky Kaplan. He is currently the oldest member, by years in the Fraternity, in his Family.

- Frank studied abroad in Greece for Spring 2009.
- He is also part of Scarlet Cross, a Markland Medieval Organization in Rutgers, where he was Vice President and currently Treasurer.
- He is a big fan of fantasy, especially Robert E. Howard's Conan the Barbarian. He even writes his own and hopes to become a published author one day.
- He and his brother Michael take up Skeet Shooting. His weapon of choice is a 12 Gauge pump action Mossberg shotgun.
- Played football and wrestled during high school.
